[Launch of Evolution Series #3] - Same Same but Different!!

On 28 May, 2022, together with "Way Home" series, the final bottling for Evolution Series Bottle 3 of 3 has been released.

This is a Bunnabhain Distillery single cask release, distilled in 2008. Aged in an Oloroso sherry hogshead. The same cask has been split into 3 bottling over 3 years, starting from 2019. This is to observe how the favours evolve over the years. This series is a collaboration with Tay Bak Chiang where he express his thoughts and feelings for the liquid and environment on the canvas.

A quick answer is that the liquid has indeed evolved into unique characters. But... Is the evolution a linear projection (eg, the Bottle 3 just gets more intensive in favour) or wayward?? Stay tuned to the up-coming tasting sessions where we seek to explore the evolution or not...
