Kanosuke Single Malt Japanese Whisky is the flagship whisky from Kanosuke Distillery.
Made from lightly peated, three different pot still, and matured in re-charred American white oak as a key cask that was used for barrel aged shochu ‘Mellowed Kozuru’. Mashed, fermented, distilled, and maturated in Kagoshima.
700ml; 48% ABV.
Non-chill filtered.
Tasting Notes: Ripened citrus fruit (karin),honey, banana, lemon tea, caramel with ginger honey slightly smoked nuts.
