Pōkeno 'DISCOVERY' New Zealand Single Malt Whisky

Nestled in a warm, misty, humid valley surrounded by volcanic hills, Pōkeno Distillery sources its pure natural spring water from the region. The distillery uses premium barley sourced from three family-owned farms in New Zealand's fertile South Island. This commitment to quality is complemented by a slow fermentation and distillation process, followed by careful maturation in first-fill casks.

The "DISCOVERY" is part of Pōkeno's core range of Single Malt releases, featuring a vatting of fully matured whiskies aged in First Fill Bourbon, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. This careful selection results in a harmonious marriage of flavors.
