Pōkeno: Exploration Series 'Winter Malt' New Zealand Single Malt Whisky

Nestled in a warm, misty, humid valley surrounded by volcanic hills, Pōkeno Distillery sources pure natural spring water and utilizes some of the finest barley from three family-owned farms in New Zealand's fertile South Island. This dedication to quality is complemented by a slow fermentation, meticulous distillation, and careful maturation process in first-fill casks, making Pōkeno Whisky truly exceptional.

The winter malt was inspired by the unique selection of New Zealand malt: Manuka Smoked Malt, Chocolate Roasted Malt, Toffee Malt, Laureate Distillers Malt. Then the distillery aged the Winter malt in only the finest first fill bourbon barrels.

700ml; 48% ABV.
