Pōkeno 'REVELATION' New Zealand Single Malt Whisky

Pōkeno Distillery is nestled in a warm, misty, humid valley surrounded by volcanic hills, where pure natural spring water is sourced. The distillery uses some of the finest barley from three family-owned farms in New Zealand's fertile South Island. This meticulous selection, combined with slow fermentation and distillation followed by careful maturation in first-fill casks, makes Pōkeno Whisky truly special.

The 'REVELATION' is part of the core range of their Single Malt releases, matured in a combination of First Fill Bourbon and New Zealand Red Wine barrels. Parcels of whisky that have been fully matured in first-fill bourbon and red wine casks are expertly blended and then laid to rest in casks again, allowing for a perfect marriage of flavors.
